“Dispatch week time”

“I chose Lovewoo amidst the many suppliers online due to the fact that the products could be delivered the next day, I then paid more to have this done and delivered on the 25th August. I had a very rare evening with my partner where we didn't have the children with us, and this happens a handful of times a year, extremely disappointed to not only not take delivery when expecting it, but actually when I had to chase for the delivery I was informed that there was a stock issue from the time I placed the order to when it was processed, but this was not communicated to me whatsoever. Needless to say my planned evening did not go as planned and now we wait until December for our next childless evening.”

“The Item we purchased is very good but it requires body glue which you don’t sell which is a pity. To find the glue took some time and quite costly. BR Vic”

“Poor customer service took over three weeks to deliver the item that turned out to be out of stock. Failed to reply to not one but two emails requesting updates. Yes they answered the phone first call yes found your order the item is out of stock, it will be in this week next call sorry still out of stock we don't know when it will be in stock. At no point did they contact me to tell me any of this. Poor poor and poor”
