“Enjoying the chocolate, but the spacing of deliveries has been terrible! Ordered a monthly subscription: nothing came for 3 weeks, then one box came, then maybe 3 weeks later I got two together! Customer support were not very helpful and I wasn't allowed to pause deliveries until 3 months in, which seemed a bit arbitrary.”

“Well packaged, arrived quickly, product as described. It tastes expensive and has a nice snap. Bars are quite small though but are a nice treat or gift for an occasion. Lovely packaging that is plastic free and guilt free the earl grey is delicious. Well worth the money if you have it spare.”
