“I realised immediately after purchase that I'd put the wrong delivery address for the gift. the confirmation page gave the option to change the address before dispatch however, this did not work. I emailed customer service and noone got back to me so now I have to resend the gift which arrived already”

“Love the idea behind it, the ethical chocolate and recyclable packaging. Not too keen on the shape of the chocolate bars however as it's difficult to break evenly which makes it not ideal for sharing. I wasn't overly impressed with any specific bar so won't likely order again. If it was available in shops I'd be more likely to try again, however they're not special enough to justify shipping.”
“Fabulous chocolates I'm told by a friend who ate the lot within a few hours. Beautifully designed box. Loved this geometric sided heart box. The contents were indeed as good as the box they are housed in. He commented on the fact the chocolates are 3D rather than flat bottomed. Well done to the business owner/s and chocolatiers.

“I ordered a box of chocolates over a week ago to be delivered to my friend. She has still not received them. I appreciate that the problem may well lie with Royal mail , however that does not resolve an issue of poor Customer service somewhere along the line. Getting am e mail entitled " We'd love to hear what you thought " is quite frankly just rubing salt in the wounds. I was rather hoping to get an e mail saying you had actually made an attempt to address the problem as requested in my earlier e mail”
“I bought a 3 month subscription for my wife. In the first month one box of chocolates and one chocolate bar were delivered. They were unusual and tasty. The second month's parcel was delivered to the wrong address and DPD stated they couldn't do anything as LoveCocoa was the customer, not me. After emailing LoveCocoa, I was told another parcel would be sent out but it wasn't. I can't recommend paying £86 for one chocolate box and bar.
You may be luckier however!”

As for the rest I'm nibbling or rather sucking my way through very slowly.
The Colombian not only has the same taste notes as Colombian coffee which I love but the smooth milk texture & taste took me back to childhood (1950s) when a certain well known milk chocolate was a treat & of an exceptionaly high standard (sadly standards have lowered these days & I have/would not buy that old make). I can not sing praises high enough for Love Cocoa. Long live Love Cocoa & it's founder who has the midas touch for everything chocolate.
The orange biscuits are devine. I'm looking forward to the rest of my order. I'm not going to rush but saver every mouthful. Thank you for creating real chocolate treats.”
