When I arrived the code to access the property I was given was incorrect, resulting in me being stuck outside for 30min because I was about to get through to customer service to obtain the correct code.
I was also disappointed at the bedding situation, having been told and seen in photos that the apartment contained a double bed it was disappointing to arrive and find the room was in fact to single beds with no mattress topper to span the gap between beds
