“The apartment I stayed at was the Kings Cross Serviced Apartment. The place was super central if you plan on moving around the city a lot either for shopping, eating, going for concerts and all that fun stuff. It wasn't too bad to get here from the airport either. The room service needs to be better. I stayed here for two weeks and my room was cleaned literally just once. Apart from that it's quite safe and nice.”

“The apartment is well maintained, in a great location, and the amenities like a kitchen and washer/dryer are great for longer stays. The pillows are rubbish, though, and I wish the hangers were the kind you can actually pull out of the closet (to allow steaming garments in the bathroom, etc).”

“My stay was wonderful. The staff at the reception were always very friendly and welcoming. There can be some improvement towards the cleaning. The rooms were comfortable. The location is great and convenient. In all I would recommend and book again. Thank you”

“Giavanna was quite helpful and prompt in her replies. The apartment recommended by them, residence inn at kensigton, was quite nice. One of the staff at the apartment at front desk was quite racist but rest was fine.”

“Awesome customer service. Prompt email replies. Could be easier to communicate with international customers if you had WhatsApp or Line. Location perfect. Flat was VERY old— loads of cracked dishes, countertop burns, wall nicks, oven glass broken, etc. but no systematic way to report them. Needs an instruction manual addition with “how to” 1. Flush toilets -didn’t always flush. 2. Turn on hob (oven range) 3. Turn on electrical outlets - some had circuit breakers July was sweltering and only fans for cooling. Needs screens on open windows and doors. Note that bedrooms are next to road and there is a load of noise.”

“Booking was relatively easy but I wish they had given more information on the apartments such as size, actual pictures of the rooms and even provided a direct number to reach the apartment for further questions. This is all because what the apartment advertised and offered were different.”

“Great experience from check in to check out. The apartment was clean, comfortable beds and modern, virtually new fitout. Some extra eating utensils (there was a set of 6 of everything and we booked for 7) and tongs in the kitchen would have been handy. The staff were helpful and obtained the additional bedding and chair and 2 fans (for the heat) we needed immediately. Overall a positive experience.”

“The team was helpful. There was a hot water issue in the apartment and the team offered us another apartment without arguing and hesitation. Izzy was a fantastic point of contact, she was showing a great empathy, reactivity and availability. Jamie was caring and really helpful. Both provided an excellent experience.”
