“We called on a Saturday afternoon. Andrew came to our house to review the situation (a broken front door that wouldn't open). He was able to get the door open, going over the cost with us before doing so. Once open, he diagnosed the problem. After we approved the plan and hardware, he installed the new door lock/handle set. Everything was fast, clean, easy, and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the service and our door now works better than it has in 15 years. We will be recommending this company to our neighbors and are sharing the your info with them too.”
