The cab driver was a bit later then he said, but the worst part was that the car had a cracked window. So while driving he constantly opened up the window, otherwise he couldn’t see a thing. When he opened the window, it was freezing cold.

The taxi service in terms of being on time, communication between passenger ( London Heathrow) and ride meet professional standards. The problem issue lays in the booking process Although all details related to the booking are on the booking form, flight number, arrival time, terminal, passenger name, payment taken and received confirmation per email. Then it starts, lady called from London Heathrow Taxi service, to confirm I really want to make this booking ?? A few hours later, an unidentified person from London Taxi service WhatsApp message, if I can confirm flight details, airline , arrival time ?? I have to emphasise that de booking was for today and not tomorrow!! I have to ask this person, is the booking now confirmed? Answer: yes … To ad further confusion, at the arrival time of the passenger, message: “hello I am the driver, waiting at the arrival barrier”. So not as WH Smith / meeting point as indicated at the booking. London Heathrow Taxi sort out your internal procedures and train your staff, please and thank you go a long way in Customerservice.

Taxi driver asked to pay extra money of £30 since he considers that luggage is more. There are two passengers arrived from India, one is student and his spouse has come on dependent visa status. We have booked taxi with No. of check-in bags as 5 and for 5 passengers. Since student is allowed to carry 3 check-in bags, total check-in bags were 5 and 4 cabin bags. If driver is getting a new car to make it fit in taxi then i can say, it is fine for charging £30 but driver has used the same taxi but still he wants to have more money. I had no other choice to change the taxi at that point of time.

The communication part is what makes the rating low. There's no message from the company concerning time of pick up or exact meeting point. Despite efforts to reach out with exact location of passenger for pick up, the company seems unable to be forthright about ETA of driver which interprets to delays and waiting in the dark - not a nice experience after long international flights. This can be much improved with WhatsApp messaging with updates - a suggestion.

Driver was 40 min. late according to my reservation. Gave a bad excuse about why because customers always were late- sorry, not this one. I did not give any tip, as I rather think he should have knocked off the price for making us wait for so long.

Hello, The taxi was not big enough to fit the two luggages in the boot (saloon) from Heathrow T5 to home which is awful since I used a saloon car from home to Heathrow T5, when I went on my vacation. I took the same luggages to and back, so ideally it should fit. Disappointed since the driver charged £78 due to the luggage placed in the passenger seat and I see the bill only reflects £67. You always charge an extra charge because you ‘believe’that in 30 minutes UK border for no EU or Brit inhabitants will be enough. I wonder why you decide and don’t ask passenger how long do we need And therefore I had to pay 10 extra pounds. Gabriela FrÌas

The Taxi driver surprized me with “no change available”, I paid £50 for my known trip cost which was £34. I had to go search for a change at the airport and left my luggage unattended on the street. The principal is clear and needs no explanation, your attention is highly appreciated

We were supposed to be met inside terminal. However on arrival we received message driver was waiting outside in car park. We had to make our own way to car park. When we got to car park he was not there. We sent a message. We had to ring him to find out where he was. This was an expense to us. He told us he was parked in the car park. When we went to where he said he was, he wasn’t there. We rang him again. He eventually turned up. This probably lost us about half an hour getting into London when we hit peak hour plus the expense of phone calls to him. He kept saying wasn’t it better to meet in the car park rather than at Arrivals inside the terminal. Well, it wasn’t. In fact, we lost time and it cost us money to keep contacting him to find out where he was.

Always been good service. This time, despite my planing being 30 min late but no taxi was there, as it had broken down. Had to wait another 40 mins. Reception said management would e mail apology and maybe offer compensation on return trip. Perhaps price of my coffee while waiting? No email... Will book return trip and see what happens.

Driver had delightful manner and hopeless route..refused to turn on GPS saying he knew better...journey expanded from the normal 50min to over 1.5 hours.

No one showed up to pick us up, as scheduled, for well over an hour. We were just heading outside to catch a taxi to Gatwick for our connecting flight when he got there. We were unable to reach anyone by telephone when we called the number given to us or the number on the internet. We barely made it to Gatwick and through security in time to get to our gate when the plane was already loading. This would not have been a problem at all if they had been on time. Very, very stressful for us.

When we got to the airport the driver said we should pay cash, whereas we had already paid via card on the website. He made us stand around for 10 minutes while he tried to call the office to verify, without success in getting through. Eventually we had to walk off, much to his protest. This should have been an easy transaction but something clearly went wrong with communication with the driver.

Whilst the car was suitable, the driver seemed incredibly rushed to complete the journey which made me feel slightly uncomfortable as a customer.

Our driver was not very friendly, especially when I had to load 5 suitcases into the back of the car myself. The taxi seemed to have an engine problem which made acceleration very rough and uncomfortable.

My flight arrived 20 minutes early into London. I had requested to be collected 45 minutes after landing. I was at the arrival hall 40 minutes after landing, but no driver was there. I called the company who said the driver was 15 minutes away. 25 minutes later I had to call the company again, and the driver then appeared at the same time. Many other cab companies seem to monitor the arrival time if the flight better than these cab company did. The small print mentions heavy additional waiting charges if the driver is kept waiting beyond the requested pick up time. I was kept waiting 20 minutes over my stipulated pick up time, but the cab company did not offer me any kind of discount. This seems one sided. The driver and car were of a decent standard. My only complaint is the waiting time and lack of offer for some compensation from the controller when I called the cab company twice.
