“Always late, always making excuses, cram too many jobs in so that they are delayed and keep customers waiting, don't allow enough time to make their appointments. Poor service. Avoid”

“"Paid £140 for return Gatwick transfer — no driver turned up at 12:13am arrival, only told at 02:09 there was no driver. Had to pay £82 for Uber. Avoid — unreliable and left us stranded."”

“The cleanliness & quality of the car was great, the driver was friendly, the car arrived on time & got us to Heathrow Terminal.3 slightly ahead of time. LHC literally took away the stress of getting to the airport, parking, getting carpark transport to the terminal! Thank you LHC much appreciated”

“Our inbound flight to Heathrow T2 arrived late but had a quick passage through security so our driver wasn't waiting for us at arrivals. After a phone call we made contact with him. He was friendly and helpful but unfortunately had mislaid his car park ticket causing a long delay in exiting the car park. After this we had an easy, smooth journey from Heathrow to our home despite heavy rain. His 8 seater vehicle was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with drinks and snacks. I have no hestitation in recommending London Heathrow Taxi.”

“Felt ripped off after realizing I had to completely leave the airport (go through customs and back through security) while using this taxi service. I was not met at my gate but just outside of the passport check which took nearly 20 minutes to wait in that line. We were then taken to an elevator to go to a parking garage where we exited the airport and drove around to terminal 5. We were dropped off outside of check in where we had to go back through security. Because our flight was delayed/canceled our boarding passes no longer were valid so we had to go back through the check in process to be allowed through security. My family hired this company because they made it seem like you would save so much time getting taken from your arrival gate to your departure gate which was not the case. We had a 90 minute layover and though our flight was delayed/canceled (thankfully) we would have missed our flight because of using this taxi service that we thought would get us there quicker than using the airport transportation. We were also charged an extra amount because we went over the hour limit (which is noted in the contract) so if you do decide to go with this company do not check 0 minutes after arrival because by the time you get to your driver it’s almost 40 minutes past when they showed up for you. Would not recommend.”
