Car was nice and the driver very nice But it was not enough for 7 people and 8 luggage So i took a taxi for 90 pounds

The first driver was late and I had to wait for another driver .. waited more than 25 minutes after I called the costumer service .. the other driver had a bigger car which made the wait slightly better , but still I prefer to have the car on time

Whilst the driver was very nice and polite, he didn’t consider asking me if it was ok to put his radio on . Also didn’t ask if it was ok to leave the window open , not enquiring if I was too cold or hot. Also, not sure about the route between Gatewick and my hotel, we didn’t take any toll roads (apparently existing from google map showing faster routes) which in appearance made the trip very long . Having said that, a very nice chap.

General presentation of the driver and vehicle can not be faulted, however punctuality was a bit of an issue; waiting 20 minutes for the driver is not acceptable when there is no traffic or issues on the road.

Prompt pick-up with a good vehicle ruined by the unprofessional service - the driver was grumpy about having to wait for us get through passport control which is very weird for an airport pick up service as that is literally the job and then they charged us ‘extra’ for the wait. Speeding in 20mph zones despite being asked to slow down. Drama about the address details provided as we live rurally and the post code takes you to the vicinity but not the exact house prompting another call to head office and discussions about paying ‘extra.’ Then the driver smoked a cigarette and left his butt in our driveway to clear up.

The car was waiting and clean and tidy. There was no problem finding where to drop me off. However I was very concerned that the driver wanted to charge me an extra £15 because I was slow going through customs. It took 1 3/4 hours to get through the airport. Nowhere on the booking did it say this charge could be incurred, I did not have English £ in cash and the driver left me his personal bank account to deposit the money, which is totally unprofessional. I need an invoice from the company to pay this amount.

Easy to book online, however my experience wasn’t that great. After 15 min waiting, I called the client service and got to know the driver was delayed. Waited 30 min and the guy not even apologized. he asked if I was paying in cash, which was informed when I booked, but he had no change. He suggested to stop somewhere, so I could get some change. He ended up stopping at a gas station. But the rest was Ok.

Driver was in time and selected good route to avoid traffic and had a very efficient driving style. However, at pick up, was constantly texting on his phone which slowed down the progress from paying parking ticket and getting into the car. When I asked him about this, he reacted irritated. The car, a BMW, was dirty on the outside but ok inside. I will use my other taxi company again in the future which is better and cheaper.

The driver was extremely rude he did not say hello when we arrived and walked off in front of us with no concern for us and our luggage. He also complained at the car park exit that because our luggage was a little late he had to pay more. We were out a little over half an hour after touch down and we called the office to let them know. At times his driving was erratic. We did arrive to Heathrow in plenty of time so for that we are grateful. For tge price charged we would expect some respect and good customer service.

As It relates to the actual drive from the airport to the hotel I would rate very good. We did not encounter any traffics stoppage. However, customer service was lacking. Unfortunately, I do not know what our driver name is because he didn’t introduce himself. I would describe him as an older gentleman. No one in my party saw him until we were considering obtaining further transportation. He appeared from around a group of people and we approached him. He didn’t welcome us to London, offer to assist us with our luggage. He basically indicated with his hands to follow him. His other conversation of minimum words was when we confirmed he was driving to the correct hotel. During the 45 minute ride, he did not say a word. We arrived at the hotel, he removed our luggage (backpacks) from his van, and placed them on the ground. Please note my husband indicated he would go inside the hotel to obtain the luggage cart. The driver wasn’t courteous enough to wait. After I paid him, which only included a minimum tip (of which my family said he didn’t deserve), he stood around and looked for a few minutes and left. Within the last 1-1/2 weeks, my family and I have encountered eight (8) different services for arranged transportation. We have nothing, but excellent reviews for all companies and drivers. And although my communication through email with London Heathrow Taxi service has been excellent, this driver has left a stain on the company name. If employee training includes customer service, I think a refresher course is required. I wouldn’t recommend him as a driver for anyone.

The driver collected my parents (who are both 76 yrs old) from the airport. The vehicle was clean and the driver was fine but almost indifferent to them. He dropped my parents quite far away from the house and was not interested in helping with the bags until my wife asked to which she was told it was "policy" not to help. My wife asked for a receipt and was told the company would email one-which I still haven't received.

Booking system very temperamental. I wanted to book a return from a different location which it wouldn't. I then booked a outward and inward as separate transactions and it declined on the basis it was a duplicate journey. This is obviously a good feature - but not when you want both!

Hi I booked this taxi to pick up my mom for me. taxi driver turned up 15mins late, and made my 65 year old mom wait for an extra 15 mins after 20 hours travel. He was nice and the trip was good according to my mom. However, when they arrived, he asked me to pay him an extra 4 pounds for the waiting time, because the setting off time was 15 mins late, which is very cheeky I thought considering it was HIM who was late. Of course, I refused, and he didn't force me to pay extra, but it left me an unpleasant feeling.

The driver was very nice, polite and a good driver. The website however , didn’t meet my expectations. I requested to have two drop offs and have paid with my card. To my surprise this was not registered and I’ve been told to pay in cash. In the end, the driver kindly called the office where I was able to pay over the phone. All good in the end but the customer experience could have been better if the site actually worked.
