Taxi 25045, most obnoxious and rude driver I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. We have saved hard to go to Barbados and stayed in T3 Hotel. In order to experience Virgin First Class from end to end we waited in the taxi rank. We got in the taxi and asked to go to T3 Virgin First Class which is a separate entrance to T3 arrivals. He refused to take us and told us we were taking the p*ss and at first refused. The taxi rank Coordinator had to get on the radio and the driver was told by control that he would be removed from service if he refused the job. Again we were told we were taking the p*ss and he threw the last case in to the cab and slammed the door. He took us where we needed to go at speed accelerating quick and breaking hard so cases were rolling around on their wheels aggressively. When we got to the point of disembarking we tried to give him an extra tip for his trouble and he refused it, calling us the laziest couple he had ever met. Granted we could have walked across all of T3 from Hotel to Arrivals but we would have missed the experience of arriving by car and being greeted at the Virgin First Class entrance with a smile and good morning Sir. A life experience. So Mr Taxi Driver 25045 having spoilt what should have been a lovely experience and start to this morning, I hope you have a better day tomorrow. Whatever your view is you provide a service and should be professional at all times. You were not professional, not polite to a lady who you upset and spoilt the start to a day of a lifetime experience. I hope you are proud of yourself.

I ordered the Taxi to pick up last Friday, the drivers will deliberately overcharge me. We booked 5:40 and arrived 18:08pm but the driver told my husband pick up time was 4:40 and we were late so we have to pay extra £30. When I get in the car the driver already start to complain my luggages and try to ask me pay more when my husband come down stair to carry my luggage the driver just talk about other stories which is I was late and charge my husband extra £30. I will not use this again. so bad.

Booked and paid in advance online for a 5:30am car to Heathrow. Driver never showed up, and the dispatcher couldnt get a hold of him. We were told there was no backup car available, and we were left scrambling to find a car service that could provide a car seat and we were late to the airport. We asked for a refund, and while they said they would - they asked for our bank details! We will cancel the charge on our card instead.

The meet and greet that I paid for did not happen. The driver did not meet me where I was told this would happen and asked me to go to parking lot.

The taxi service in terms of being on time, communication between passenger ( London Heathrow) and ride meet professional standards. The problem issue lays in the booking process Although all details related to the booking are on the booking form, flight number, arrival time, terminal, passenger name, payment taken and received confirmation per email. Then it starts, lady called from London Heathrow Taxi service, to confirm I really want to make this booking ?? A few hours later, an unidentified person from London Taxi service WhatsApp message, if I can confirm flight details, airline , arrival time ?? I have to emphasise that de booking was for today and not tomorrow!! I have to ask this person, is the booking now confirmed? Answer: yes … To ad further confusion, at the arrival time of the passenger, message: “hello I am the driver, waiting at the arrival barrier”. So not as WH Smith / meeting point as indicated at the booking. London Heathrow Taxi sort out your internal procedures and train your staff, please and thank you go a long way in Customerservice.

Unfortunately the taxi was not there at the moment of arrival. Although the flight details provided were ok and no flight delays happened. Also, the point of meeting which you indicated was not followed by the driver. Instead he told me to meet him in another place in the parking lot. I still had to wait for him because he was not there and I had additional telephone costs. We left the airport with 30min of delay. Very poor service from the driver. If I had taken a normal taxi I would have been better served and would have had a much lower cost

Incredibly rude driver - charged us extra for having hand baggage. There was no mention on the website of an extra charge for hand baggage. Don’t use this service.

I had an awful driver yesterday who complained about how short my tro was. Apparently a £17 trip was too short for his 5 he wait at the airport. He was such a jerk about it. When I had to pay via cc he was an even bigger jerk - i admit i should have read the sign indicating that i needed to inform him of my.payment method before leaving the airport. I just got off a harrowing flight experience to Dublin where the aircraft could not land. I was trying to get rebooked on a flight as I was getting on the taxi. Yout taxi drivers really need more empathy training. Tourists do not need to meet jerks upon entering the UK.

We booked via https://www.heathrowtaxi.net/ for a taxi to meet us at 8.30am at Heathrow and transport us to Gatwick. No sign of taxi driver so called to find out what was going on. Was told that the driver would be there about 9.30. Eventually he arrived at 10.20 so nearly 2 hours late. Before arriving the driver sent me several text messages which were obviously sent whilst driving. During our journey he continued to send text messages and as a result did not always stay in his lane of the M25. We had just left Heathrow and one of the texts was to his next client and he told him he would be there in 20 minutes, but we were about an hour from finishing our journey! In the end we were just glad to get out in one piece. We won't be using them again.

I'll be requesting a refund, my driver wasn't there when specified. Company couldn't help when I called, stated they had no way of contacting drivers. Myself and my elderly family were left stranded at the airport and were forced to get an uber instead. Horrible service.

Hello, The taxi was not big enough to fit the two luggages in the boot (saloon) from Heathrow T5 to home which is awful since I used a saloon car from home to Heathrow T5, when I went on my vacation. I took the same luggages to and back, so ideally it should fit. Disappointed since the driver charged £78 due to the luggage placed in the passenger seat and I see the bill only reflects £67. I got the taxi booked from Heathrow to Gatwick aiport for my parents flying from India to Canada via London. This was last minute booking done online and well acknowledged by the LHT team. They were very responsive to share booking and driver details. I had requested for an Indian driver and the company acknowledged the same and sent Mr.Dutt. Dutt being a wonderful person went beyond his normal duties and made the service the best. I had booked the taxi after my patents boarded the flight from Delhi but I am unable to reach them post their landing at Heathrow. I shared my parents pictures with Dutt and requested Mr.Dutt to help find my parents and he actually looked throughout the aiport arrivals and found them. Not only that, he ensured that they reach Gatwick airport in time and helped them get baggage trolley and wheelchair assistance. Thank you LHT and Mr.Dutt for great service.

You always charge an extra charge because you ‘believe’that in 30 minutes UK border for no EU or Brit inhabitants will be enough. I wonder why you decide and don’t ask passenger how long do we need And therefore I had to pay 10 extra pounds. Gabriela FrÌas

I booked the taxi for 3pm. The driver ring me at 2pm and told me that there is a lot of traffic on the motor way. He told me that he is already outside and it took him 2 hours coming from Heathrow. I was worried and said I will go now. When we are on the road the traffic was normal and we reached to terminal 3 in 50 min. I was very disappointed. As I left in a worry, I forgot to take my jacket and couple of other things home. Also I had to wait hours to board my plane. I’m not pleased with the service.

We were supposed to be met inside terminal. However on arrival we received message driver was waiting outside in car park. We had to make our own way to car park. When we got to car park he was not there. We sent a message. We had to ring him to find out where he was. This was an expense to us. He told us he was parked in the car park. When we went to where he said he was, he wasn’t there. We rang him again. He eventually turned up. This probably lost us about half an hour getting into London when we hit peak hour plus the expense of phone calls to him. He kept saying wasn’t it better to meet in the car park rather than at Arrivals inside the terminal. Well, it wasn’t. In fact, we lost time and it cost us money to keep contacting him to find out where he was.

I clearly stated that I wanted the taxi to arrive at 8 am so I waited right in front of the house since 8 am for about 15 minutes. I then called the Call Center to call the taxi immediately. I was then informed that the taxi had already left. It turns out that the driver had been waiting at the wrong spot when I have clearly addressed to come to pick me up at house number 8. He then came back at 8.30 - 8.40 am and even said that he had been waiting for 45 minutes. He also said that he came since 7.45 when I booked for 8 am. and you could check in the system that I called the call centre to contact the driver at 8.15 as I could not find his car and could not contact the driver. Because of this I almost missed my flight. Also, I have reported this incident to the company. However, I have received no response from them.

Our plane was late which was not our fault. The driver was rude, and after identifying us at the terminal stalked off towards where the taxi was parked. We had to literally run after him. A 60 and daughter with cases-and no offer of assistance.!!!! He got into a lift and didn’t even turn around when the lift doors shut on us as we tried frantically to keep up with him. We got to the taxi where upon he threw our luggage into the boot. He drove fairly well but was uncommunicative and as we were 2 women and it was late 2am we did not speak as we were slightly scared about his behaviour.He was extremely rude when we read he’d our destination got the bags out of the boot, made no eye contact with us , no thank you’d and left us to sort ourselves out whilst he sped off.I was very upset with his attitude and will be making a formal complaint to your company. I would not recommend that this driver drives women home late at night.
