“The whole experience from booking to drop off went perfect. The error I made.in booking was easily and quickly fixed, drive was exactly on time, vehicle was professional. Couldn't ask for better.”

“The driver was very pleasant, she was a good driver and made my family feel at ease while entertaining my father (who is a nervous traveler). I would highly recommend this company and our driver. The convenience and ease of ttavel made a potentially stressful transfer in a short period of time actually quite enjoyable.”

“Our driver, Aligul, was on time and provided us an entertaining, informative and timely ride to our hotel. We will be leaving from Terminal 2 at Heathrow on Thursday 17 May 2018 and we would certainly appreciate having Aligul as our driver on that day. Thanks again. Robin and Michael”

“First off it was the very courteous and friendly driver who met us at Heathrow. He carried our cases luggage for us to the taxi. The taxi was beautifully clean and wonderfully comfortable. Our driver was an exceptionally good and professional driver. He was very conversational and we enjoyed the the entire trip to Southampton. The taxi was on time and we are extremely happy with London Heathrow taxi.”

“Or experience was very pleasant. We over-estimated the time it would take to go through customs and they were kind enough to have the driver arrive early. He was very pleasant and drove very safely. The car was very nice and was clean. I'd highly recommend this service!”

“The taxi driver was 15 minutes delayed, didn’t say he was sorry, didn’t even say hello. He followed him to the car and he never looked back to see if we were following him. When we got to the car he didn’t help with the luggage, never turned the music on, didn’t ask if the temperature was ok and the driving was not comfortable. When we got to the destination he didn’t help with the luggage and didn’t even say goodbye. For sure he is not the correct person for this job and have a terrible image of your company.”

“Hi I booked this taxi to pick up my mom for me. taxi driver turned up 15mins late, and made my 65 year old mom wait for an extra 15 mins after 20 hours travel. He was nice and the trip was good according to my mom. However, when they arrived, he asked me to pay him an extra 4 pounds for the waiting time, because the setting off time was 15 mins late, which is very cheeky I thought considering it was HIM who was late. Of course, I refused, and he didn't force me to pay extra, but it left me an unpleasant feeling.”
