“Lukasz texted me to check if I was ready because the plane landed ahead of time, so he came earlier and didn’t make me wait at the airport. He was very helpful with my luggage and we had a nice chat on the way home. He is a very good driver, very kind and friendly. Great experience!”

“We always use London Heathrow Taxis for our airport trips. Love that they double check all the details with you the day before your trip. Drivers are always smartly dressed and very personable and we tend to use the 8 seater vehicles which have always been very clean. Can't fault them.”

“The driver was on time, drove carefully and we arrived at the airport on time. I requested a quote online and shared the details about the luggage and they suggested the car I should book and took care of the booking themselves. The prices are fair as well. Thank you!”

“Fantastic return transfer service direct from LHR airport to our city centre hotel and back again. Both drivers were smart and friendly. Driver at the airport was easily identifiable by holding a tablet with my name on it. Driver who collected us from our hotel sent a description and location of his vehicle via WhatsApp which was very helpful as there was more than one hotel door. I was also sent WhatsApp messages before each journey asking about luggage, which saved time and was reassuring. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable (Mercedes and BMW) and both journeys were pleasant with lots to see.”
