“The communication was excellent especially as there was a massive hold-up in Immigration and we were delayed. The car was spotless and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful.”

“Our driver was very quick to find an alternative route to the stadium to avoid the main traffic. Perfect timing for the journey back to the hotel. The van is new and very comfortable. Thoroughly recommended”

“The driver was very nice, polite and a good driver. The website however , didn’t meet my expectations. I requested to have two drop offs and have paid with my card. To my surprise this was not registered and I’ve been told to pay in cash. In the end, the driver kindly called the office where I was able to pay over the phone. All good in the end but the customer experience could have been better if the site actually worked.”

“The driver was extremely rude to us. Our plane was delayed upon arrival (not in our control) and we were a bit late meeting him, and he seems to have lost out on another taxi fair. When we booked we made sure any delay would be acceptable to avoid precisely these incidents and additionally asked for the driver to arrive 1hr after actual landing. Nontheless, the driver was very angry and driving agitated, in addition to being rude. We will be sure not to book this sort of service through your agency again.”
