“We have now used London Drainage on a couple of jobs and have found them very easy to use, polite, efficient and reasonable in price. Their admin is also 2nd to none and the report is sent through very quickly, including pictures and details. A good service so far which has been greatly appreciated.”

“The guys arrived and began to jet the main drain. As often happens they went to leave before the job was properly completed. They were asked to clear the drain properly and proceeded to complete the job”

Dear Sam, many thanks for taking the time to write a review on our service. We send our apologies for the service you feel you have received on this occasion. I understand our engineers carried out High Pressure Water Jetting works out to the sewer in which they thought the blockage had been resolved. Upon packing up their tools and testing the toilets, they realised there was a further blockage within the system. Following this discovery they carried out further High Pressure Water Jetting works to relieve the blockage leaving the system fully operational. Again, we apologise for the service you feel we have provided, we look forward to working with you in the future.

“An appointment was arranged promptly and within 24 hours of the call out the problem was resolved. The engineer was on time, explained the issue and sorted it out quickly. Very happy with the response and the work carried out.”

“As usual, works carried out were more than adequate. Unfortunately, your employees were reluctant to properly investigate a problem we were having. Fortunately, they were having lunch in their van when water started going everywhere again, and then they fixed it. So, all sound in the end.”
