Established in 2006, London Drainage Facilities (LDF) have fast become one of London's leading providers of planned, emergency and drain repair services. called out within the time framed advised.. not satisfied to be charged AGAIN when second call out was made on the same unfinished job ! still disputing on the second charge !

Booking appmt was fine. Engineer turned up on time. Spent 20 mins in the house to conclude it wasn't a drainage problem which is what plumber had told us. Didn't lift any manhole covers to check. Said it was due to lack of use of en-suite - water evaporating from the pan. Spent time on phone to try and agree discount against future work - he was recommending a pipework clean. Said we would get a quote for this job but not received. Accounts payable on the phone that afternoon with no recognition of any of the above. So, to date I have paid £144 for a someone to tell me it's something other than the plumber told me but not carry out any work. The engineer was fine, and may well be right, but I just feel that to date we have not received value for money or a definitive result or answer to our problem. Hence the poor rating.

No updates received within the 4 hours of attending, any OOH's reports should be issued straight away not chased up constantly. Poor updates.

Hi OOH Callouts - Thanks for the review. All of our job closures/updates are sent automatically as soon as the engineer closes the job down on site. We have also contacted your office this morning and they have advised they are not aware of this review and are happy with our job closures and timings sent.

Hi Mark - Thanks for your review. Looking over the works we were asked to clear a blockage affecting the gully which causes water to pool on the floor area. Our engineer arrived on site and fully tested the gully and found no blockage present. Whilst on site they noticed a corroded rodding eye access on the rainwater stack above where the water had been pooling and advised this could possibly be the issue. Following this discovery we provided a quotation accordingly to rectify the corroded rodding eye access following investigation. Our engineer advised this could possibly be the cause as during attendance the gully was clear and free flowing.

I arranged a call out for a blocked drain, the tenants stated to the engineer that they could not stay and the engineer left , the tenant did not instruct the engineer and should not have left without our permission and authorization. This has resulted in 2 call unnecessary call outs

Plumbers who attended site had three different opinions on different occasions, causing us to look unprofessional in front of our client.

Good customer service at site but poor management in office. Charged one amount on the same weekday 3 weeks ago to unblock drain and then charged a lot for the same service same weekday yesterday. Not correct!
