“An appalling company that lies, i had a job booked for today i was told 8am i then rang at 9am to see where they were, i was told then it would be between 8-1pm. Nobody arrived at 1pm, so I rang again and was told if i could wait a moment so they could ring up my landlord. The operative then came back on the phone and told me that i had no job booked, i replied well thats funny as somebody from your company had rang me yesterday & booked a job for today. I then ring up my landlord to get them to book a job again and make enquiries, i then rang London drainage to ask for their website, and the operative asked me if there was a problem, she then informed me that i did have a job booked for today but they are running behind. So London drainage LIED and made up all these fibs, like i was going crazy having this phantom booking, and calls from them the previous day. I knew they were lying and they were, due to them being busy they lied and made up this fabrication of not having my original appointment WHO THE HELL DOES THIS ??? DISGUSTING AND RUDE DO NOT TRUST THIS IDIOTIC COMPANY”

“This company goes the extra mile.They came out to us on Sunday 24-01-24,Your engineer was Chris plus a manager called Glen.We had had a burst pipe for 11 weeks and been asking Hyde Housing to repair it.Needless to say they did not .Once London Drainage Facilities were contacted ,not only was the work done in record time it was also done on a Sunday.Exceptionally good work.I would recommend this company to everyone.Do not waste your time with the rest just ring the best.Thank you Chris and Glen!!!!!! If i could give you 10 stars i would..”

“Complete nightmare of a job from start to (not quite) finish. They were tasked with fixing a leak in the property next to mine, in the process of which they narrowed the communal pipes so much that my toilet and shower kept blocking. It took 18 months and thousands of pounds for them to find the fault. Throughout that period, I did not have access to a functioning bathroom on 29 separate occasions, having to spend a night away from my property for a total of 18 days. I consistently highlighted that the issue only arose the moment they had ‘fixed’ the leak and was gaslighted into believing that there may be a separate issue with my own plumbing – but hundreds of pounds to a different company confirmed that this was categorically not the case. Best of all, London Drainage eventually broke and had to replace my toilet (which was never the problem to begin with). They were booked to finally repair the actual fault on January 15th, 2024, but I have just been informed that this needed to be rescheduled to January 31st – no doubt I will have further instances of not being able to use my bathroom in the meantime.”

“Emergency callout to 34a Mildmay Grove South Your engineers Billy and Karl attended,I knew immediately this was going to be a good experience. They listened to my explanation tentively and appreciated the back history of the property. They set about the job and executed the job very professionally. They did a full jet through and dye front and back. What they achieved was very good and resulting in a mini survey, a result of their efforts 👌. Would have these chaps on site any time, well done.”

“Your engineers, who arrived without prior appointment, had no clue how to clear the drains. Caused more damage to the flat. Now we have leaks from 3 other places. Wouldn’t trust your company ever again. The landlords would be horrified if they saw this.”

“You're engineer jack was quick and efficient. He arrived at South acton estate Clandon close block 4 pram shed 16 and unblocked pipe which was causing sewage to overflow.”

“Aaron was very respectful and attended the job with diligence. Straight away he knew what the problem was and took some time to inspect everything else that is connected; to ensure every thing was working as it should. He also took the time to listen to what I had to say, answer queries and also explain things with patience. Aaron is very knowledgeable in his trade and I would highly recommend him.”

“Jack S & Blake G were amazing! Great personalities and very good at their job. In an out of my house in just a few minutes. Smiles on their faces even though they’re unblocking a toilet and their friendliness was just amazing. Very professional, friendly & fast. I’d definitely recommend!”
