“From the minute I phoned up they were polite and helpful. I bought a padlock from them which was delivered quickly. I will definitely use them again. Well done Locks Direct.”
“Very good. I asked them for some replacement keys for a high-security lock bought a year or two ago. They asked a couple of questions (to confirm I was the original buyer) then sorted out an invoice for the replacements, which let me pay on-line, then dispatched them very quickly. Quick, friendly and efficient.”
“Very good variety of locks on the web site. I was looking for a lock with an attached chain you had one just what we were looking for and a reasonable price. Fast delivery and good communication..”
