Told that Royal Mail have classed it as delivered and not prepared to do anything.
So wish I’d just paid more and brought from screwfix.”
This is slightly unfair and inaccurate. Royal Mail will not process a claim after us trying numerous times as it was requested to be left on your doorstep, Royal Mail are not liable for someone stealing it off a doorstep. As a gesture of goodwill we offered you a 50% discount on a new order as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items left on your doorstep as per your request with Royal Mail.
