The delivery page stated that orders over £150 got free postage, but didn't clarify that the £150 referred to the price without VAT. My order was approx £170 including VAT and I was expecting free postage, but because the order was £146 plus VAT, I had to pay £6.50 for delivery. If I had known this, I might have ordered an extra lock. I think it needs to be clearer thar figure of £150 is before VAT.
The email telling my that my order was on its way included a link to the Parcel Force website, but when I entered the tracking number, it was rejected as a Royal Mail tracking number. I had to find the Royal Mail website, which accepted the tracking number but told me it was a Parcel Force delivery. Something wasn't right!”
