“Prompt delivery but the box which contained the lock had been opened and was very scuffed . Looked like a possible return . Did inform them and was told it was due to external packaging being damaged during transit. External packaging looks fine”
Hi Neil - Sorry to see your 2 star review. As explained via email, rest assured we do not sell returned padlocks as new padlocks, this is what we have a clearance section for which contains a range of padlocks usually with damaged packaging. Tom
Good morning - I am very sorry to hear you have had an issue with our courier. Did you reach out to us via email or telephone? We pride ourselves in the timely delivery of all orders placed and I am very surprised we did not assist you in this? All orders are left same day if ordered before 2pm but we cannot control the parcel being delivered. I presume the order is still not lost?
