“My interaction with Locks Direct was fine but the lock I ordered was so heavy I could hardly lift it. I spoke to someone(Tom?) who suggested that I return it and then an 8mm chain lock would be sent to me. I am now worried that might be almost as heavy as the 10mm lock and would I be better with a flexible lead?”

Once I had discovered this, Locks Direct kept me informed about progress and once they had the padlocks, they were swiftly dispatched. I will 100% use them again!”
