Royal Mail will not process a claim after us trying numerous times as it was requested to be left on your doorstep, Royal Mail are not liable for someone stealing it off a doorstep. As a gesture of goodwill we offered you a 50% discount on a new order as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items left on your doorstep as per your request with Royal Mail.
