“Had issues with delayed delivery from another suppier so rang Locks Direc for and alternative solution. They checked with their workshop and offered next day delivery of my 12 keyed alike locks. Having placed my order online they phoned me straight away to ask if I'd made a mistake (they suspected I hadn't ticked the keyed alike box). They amended the order, invoiced me for the balance to make them keyed alike and the locks arived the next morning. Outstanding, which his more than can be said for the other 'Monkeys'.”
