Hi Neil - Sorry to see your 2 star review. As explained via email, rest assured we do not sell returned padlocks as new padlocks, this is what we have a clearance section for which contains a range of padlocks usually with damaged packaging. Tom

On line purchase process and delivery was very smooth. The padlocks are very strong - as you would expect for a ABUS product.
The 'Keyed Alike' feature is incredible - one key for all three padlocks. I was very impressed with this.”
