“Carrier lost my parcel and while that isn't the fault of Locks Direct they were absolutely no use at all in helping to find the missing parcel.”

Good morning - I am very sorry to hear you have had an issue with our courier. Did you reach out to us via email or telephone? We pride ourselves in the timely delivery of all orders placed and I am very surprised we did not assist you in this? All orders are left same day if ordered before 2pm but we cannot control the parcel being delivered. I presume the order is still not lost? Tom
