“Mark Evans turned up on time, was very pleasant and informative, even when we bombarded him with questions! He posted a copy of the survey to me as requested, so overall we were very pleased with the service. Unfortunately we were gazumped on the offer we made (and was accepted), so the survey was irrelevent to us now. However we would certainly use Mark in the future as we a continuing to look at local properties.”

“I had no idea where to start looking for a local RICS approved valuation, only seamed the big company names were available whilst searching the web until this site came up. Great success as a local company Greenstone chartered surveyors made contact very quickly. I dealt with Cliff Heart who was helpful in arranging the valuation of my property, followed up promply with an email of the report and hard copy later in the post. Very helpful and proffessional surveyor.”
