The two most helpful provided: - definition of the content and differences between Homebuyer 2 and 3 survey types - a copy of an actual survey that had been done, and the clarity and content was excellent. “I had no idea of where to look for a surveyor as for the first time I wasnt getting a survey with a mortgage. Really simple processto use this service and an instant response from the surveyors that came up. Unfortunately several of the campanies were really over the top with their contact with me, another refused to confirm that the building survery would be level 3, but the company I finally went with, Viking Surveyors have been excellent, no fuss, no bother, went through and checked my requirement for a level 3 was really required - very professional and very helpful”
