“Very good site which was easy to use. The hard part was choosing which company to use. Our survey is being done as I write this survey. Definately recommend this site to others.”

“website is handy for comparison, however how quickly surveyors (and how many of them) contact you after the quote and then send emails to follow up is just off putting. It feels like you're getting hounded even though I selected not to be contacted. Yes its good the surveyors are on the ball, but there has to be something in place where you don't get about three different companies calling you within the minute and then chasing via email.”

“I had my RICS Homebuyer survey done by JRV Surveys & Valuations in January 2019. I had excellent service, a speedy appointment and the report was emailed the same day. It was very thorough and professional, I am more than happy to recommend them.”

“I found it difficult to contact either of the two surveyors you supplied and when one did get in contact it took them several weeks to provide a report. I would have liked the report much sooner so that I could have used it to decide about the purchase of the property.”

“Avoid this service. I signed up for four quotes from local surveyors, but instead I’ve received over a week of surveyor companies calling me, texting me, and emailing me. Too much spam. I won’t be using this service again.”

“Very pleased with the service, received phone on the day to to say property was a good buy, a few bits needed doing but not urgent, pdf of report to follow. Which it did. The fees were very good compared to others for a RICS report.”
