“The website is pretty easy to use and I was quickly be contacted by a chartered surveyor. However, the surveyors weren’t actually that local to me and were also booked up for about 6 weeks. In short, your best off using google maps to find surveyors close by, checking their website to see if they are chartered and contacting them to find out their availability.”

“None of the surveys offered would give me the information that i required, which was regards any load bearing walls. The property is a doer upper so i am aware of the jobs that need doing so £600 to tell me what i already know is a non starter.”

“A very efficient service both to organise the structural survey through to receiving the surveyors report. The report is informative and very helpful especially with regards to understanding specific issues of a 100 year old house that requires renovation and ongoing TLC! “I have been very disappointed with the responses from the listed surveyors shown. Few bothered to reply back and the prices they wanted seemed to be a lot higher than the original listing. Maybe this is something to do with the pressure of COVID, not sure.”
