“I found this service very helpful in terms of finding possible surveyors quickly. I received quotes from three people within ministers and had been contacted by email individually. I spoke to the one I was interested in within hours and would have been very happy to use him, but unfortunately the building society insisted that it had to be someone from their panel.”

“To meet our obligations, a valuation by an independent RICS surveyor was required. We sought the help of our Estate Agent, who proved to be useless.
