“We were completely out of our depth when looking for a Surveyor but we took a risk by using the Local Building Surveyor site and how glad we are that we did. It gave us an almost instant response, offering a number of Surveyors who then submitted their quotes, allowing us to find the best deal to suit ourselves. The whole process was remarkably easy and I would happily recommend this option to anyone who asks.”

“Sorry, been really side tracked with the moving process and the 101 things still to do. Been leaving out of boxes and had not had the chance to express my opinion of the surveyors report provided. It was first class from start to finish the detail was laid out in a way that any lay person would understand with clear red flag ed numbers expressing the urgency of the damage or repairs required without frightening you but in a way informing you so you can make an informed judgement or choice as when or if a repair is going to cost and you can add these up to find other ways to negotiate the price if it requires as some concerns are just general ware and tear. It the detail red flags from 1 to 3 in severity that make the report worth the money as it saved us thousands to put towards the repair rather than lose the home we so wanted. We could have just walked away but we're forwarn and had the information that we so depended upon from a first class survey, it paid to go for a full building structural survey.”

“We used 'Your Survey Ltd' who were very prompt in answering our enquiry. Their price was very competitive and the survey was completed in good time. There was a problem with the reception of the signed authoration which may have ben down to an email problem. This delayed the receipt of the completed report by 2 working days, but when queried the report was sent immediately. Overall a good service.”
