“i used a surveyoor called cosey homes to do a structural survey. They were highly unprofessional, even after i briefed them exactly what i wanted they failed to carry out the task in hand. They chose to just make excuses and ignore the instructions that were given prior to doing the job. The surveyor and the managing director were highly unprofessional to the point were the manging director even threatened to put the phone down on me because i was quering whathe was saying. I would never use or advise anyone to use these surveyors.”

“Received 4 contacts all with fixed quotes which were quite useful for comparison purposes. Quotes varied significantly one extreme being twice that of the cheapest. In the end, settled for a local surveyor for (hopefully) more accurate assessment of market value.”

“Overall the Local Surveyors Direct website is an efficient way of providing the contact details of surveyors to a lay person, so well done. The service attracted 4 responses in 24 hours which was good. The individual surveyors provided details of their services plus examples of reports, which again ids designed to be helpful. However there were many similarities in all their descriptions /reports which made selection difficult for a lay person. Providing details of their availability would have been useful.”

“It was easy to find my local surveyors, shame for me that there was only a choice of three, personally I thought there would have been more. Out of the three one was reasonably priced, and I was able to book a survery quickly.”

“We did receive some very interesting estimates/quotes for fee structures. Unfortunately the purchase of the property that we were to have surveyed has had to be put on hold.
