“This is a very convenient way of getting a number of quotes. All the necessary information is presented immediately, so there's no need to repeat it to umpteen surveyors.”

“Simple to use. The surveyors contacted me and once instructed the survey was completed quickly and the report e-mailed to me. The report was concise and included photos of any areas of concern to back up the findings in the written report. The surveyor himself was open to questions about the report and answered them openly. The report is being used by the conveyancor to pursue the areas raised which is exactly why the report was commissioned. I thought the cost of the report to be very reasonable for the information contained within it's 37 pages. I would have no hesitation in using the service or the surveyor again.”
