Hi Shirley, I am sorry we were not able to find you someone covering your requirement on this occasion. Flood Risk Prevention is a relatively new service for us, so we do not have full coverage in all areas yet - but we are working hard to improve this.

“Neil was an absolutely amazingly professional surveyor who booked the survey with the estate agents the day I contacted his practice & carried out the survey the next working day. The survey report was received the next day..impressive. Neil has amazingly good knowledge of the bedford area & answered all the questions raised. ..plus made a few personal calls to his own contacts before calling me back with further information. Competitively priced with great service...I would highly recommend without question!!!”

“Easy to enter information and quotes appear very quickly. Most companies got in touch very soon after that with more personal quotes, and we have now chosen a company which is in the process of arranging the survey.”

Hi Denise, We do ask all of the Surveyors we have listed to make sure the prices we show are up to date, so I am sorry this was not the case for you. I will remind them all again that they need to check these and make sure they are correct. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
