We do ask all of the Surveyors we have listed to make sure the prices we show are up to date, so I am sorry this was not the case for you. I will remind them all again that they need to check these and make sure they are correct. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

There is a reference buried deep in the notes ("Estimates from VAT registered suppliers are already VAT inclusive.") but this should be made clearer in the table - as should whether or not the supplier is VAT registered.”
