“Surveyor arrived promptly, was very accommodating of a toddler at the end of a long day with no sleep (the toddler not the surveyor - well he might have slept during the day I didnt ask him. He seemed fresh enough though even if he didn't sleep!).
Carried out the survey including pleasantries and chat in 1 hour and completed the actual admin side of the report the same evening and emailed the report to me and my Estate Agent the same night. Slightly (£10) more expensive than the absolute cheapest quote I found but sometimes you really do get what you pay for. No hidden charges. Price was the price.
