Misleading. We were told many times the outcome was positive and the loan had been approved.
This was wrong.
We asked several times if this was 100% as had to instruct solicitors and consultants. This was confirmed and all that was left to do to complete our loan was legals and formalities which were not a Problem. It took a week from this point before we were asked questions about property etc and were let down via email on the day we were due to exchange contracts. This was devastating and were left several thousand out of pocket.
