“I had a time constraint and Charlie Watts at loan.co.uk was just fantastic! He was very courteous and efficient. He was very prompt in his replies. He kept me updated and well informed on all my proceedings. He was always very polite even when I bothered him with several emails a day. I highly recommend loan.co.uk and especially Charlie Watts. “The agent (Mr. L Williams) dealing with my application was knowledgeable, polite and most importantly very good at communicating the relevant information throughout the process. The communication aspect can be hard to get right - too much and it can manifest as pressure, too little and it comes across as lack of care for the customer. Mr. Williams got it spot on and it was very apparent that he was actually listening and communicating as a 'real person' rather than sticking to a set script - unfortunately rare these days. Superb customer service and would happily recommend Loan.co.uk to anyone based on my experience with Mr. Williams.”
