“We needed to do a loan secured against our house, which included some fairly complex debt consolidation work. Worked with Ben Salt, loan manager, who was superb from start to finish, guiding us through the legalities and technicalities of the process brilliantly. When the loan was presented to the lender, we were approved with minimal hassle, and the loan was paid the next working day. Absolutely faultless service; many, many thanks!”

“I can’t recommend Rebecca Bailey enough; not only was she super efficient but was extremely helpful during the difficult process of obtaining signatures for the various pieces of paperwork when my mother had a major heat attack, in the midst of applying for the loan. She went above and beyond in offering a very professional service.”

“I am incredibly happy with the service given to me by loan.co.uk. Despite a few unexpected hurdles along the way, we were always kept up to date with the progress of our case. Communications via email and phone were spot-on and any questions I had were always answered promptly and fully. Special mention has to go to James Leatherbarrow, our Loan Manager, who oversaw our case from start to finish with both professionalism and empathy and he was determined to be able to help us with what we needed. He found us the best deal possible from a wide range of possible products. Now I feel thoroughly satisfied that we have been able to get things finalised. I will not hesitate to call on the service of loan.co.uk again in the future and I will definitely recommend them to any friends or family who are looking for a loan that meets their needs. “Applied for a large loan and was appointed Sean Grennan as our loan manager. There were at times difficulties collating all the information required by the Bank, however during this time Sean was extremely helpful and efficient and put the extra hours in to ensure that the deal was finalised in just over a couple of weeks. Very pleased with the level of service we received and would not hesitate in recommending Loan.co.uk.”

“Loan.co.uk has been great in sorting out a remortgage on my property. Lee Williams was superb in helping to secure the finance. Lee was courteous, professional and called me on a regular basis to keep me informed of progress. He even intervened when there was a delay on the part of the solicitor. I will not hesitate to use the services of Lee again and will insist on working with him if he is still working for loan.co.uk. Overall, a very satisfied customer.”
