“I spoke to Samantha while waiting for another company to come back to me about a bridging loan / remortgage, she got me an offer in principle in a couple of hours, the other company came back a week later! Samantha was proffessional and helpful at every stage, worked hard to achieve our time scales for funding and chased things to keep it all moving. I would recommend loan.co.uk they were cheaper, quicker, professional and friendly. And a big thank you to Samantha Gore you made the process as painless as possible....we will be back I am sure”

“I cannot even begin to tell you how fabulous loan.co.uk have been. After dealing with an independent mortgage broker who took a whole 26 days to respond to me, I could not believe how much of a breath of fresh air these guys were to deal with. I spoke to a lovely man on a Sunday who went through all of our details in a 30 min call, made his recommendations and by the Thursday of the following week we had our loan approved. It is Wednesday today of the following week so just 10 days since the initial call and we have the money in our bank. Every single person I dealt with has been so genuine, so polite, and just normal. I really cannot stress enough how enjoyable using them has been.”

“I would like to thank Stacey and her colleagues for all their help in sorting this secured loan. It was a speedy process with a happy voice at the end of the phone, giving good and sound advice at all times. all queries were processed quickly and efficiently. In fact, the process was seamless, even when, at times if felt like a lot of information was being asked for from myself. Stacey was always reassuring and professional and I would like to say a huge thank you.”
