“I had no idea how to go about re-mortgaging my home, and was in need of help and guidance, especially as my circumstances were not straight forward. The advisor I spoke to, Rebecca, couldn't have been more helpful. She took time to explain everything, making sure that I understood what was happening every step of the way, and in a way the I understood. She searched to get me the best deal, and then did extra work to get me an even better one. Thanks to her patience, kindness and consideration, I now have the money I need to do the jobs that I need to do. I can't thank her, or the whole team enough. They have been so helpful, and not pushy, they have spoken to me plainly, and kept me informed via phone and email.”

“AMAZING SERVICE from Loan.co.uk I would highly recommend this company. The service is excellent and the team are there whenever you need. The mortgage advisor Michael Mello was very professional whilst friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. Gill Pullen was also lovely to deal with. She has a genuine warmth to her and nothing was a bother. I also spoke with Richard Robinson who gave me excellent advice regarding money matters. Again very professional but friendly. Thinking about and dealing with mortgage applications is extremely stressful but all the team I dealt with made it as easy as could be. Thank you, ALL, for an amazing service.”

“I would just like to say thank you so much to everybody at Loan.co.uk. Every single person I have spoken to has been so helpful and the customer service level has been 2nd to none. My first conversations with Aaron were so helpful and he was so attentive to everything I needed and insured I understood everything from the start then working with James was an absolute pleasure. I have never known someone to be as dedicated to his work as he was he kept me up-to-date with everything that was happening on a daily basis. I am continually chase Third parties on my behalf to make sure the process run as smoothly as possible, working with Becky was so easy and such a joy she was thorough towards my requirements, and did everything it took to make sure that I received the best rates and the best terms that met my needs, Aneeka my account manager has shown me such dedication right from the start and kept me in the loop with everything that was happening even if it meant staying and working later hours, even through the hurdles I faced every single person at loan.uk what is there to support and provide me with alternative options thank you so much to this team for helping me through this process and getting everything approved in such a swift manner I would recommend this team to anyone and look forward to working with them all again in the future”
