“Such an easy and helpful service, from my initial phone call with Arran who talked me through my options to then completing my application with Lucy. I had constant communication throughout the whole process and no question went unanswered. Both were friendly and super informative, I felt at ease throughout the whole process and I’m really happy with the end product.”

“From the first enquiry Kamal at your company gave me confidence. His dealings with us were always helpful and unambiguous, and all our queries were promptly addressed. All through the process we were helped where necessary, everything clearly explained. I couldn't be more complimentary about your company and its way of doing business. Unfortunately, my husband's health caused us to withdraw from the application, and we were treated so well at this point - no questions or complaints, although your company had done a great deal of work on our submission. Furthermore, there was no charge made for the work. In today's business world I find that unbelievable, and greatly appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending your business to anyone. “I can not thank the team enough, but especially Rebecca for the time and effort they put into finding us a remortgage deal. Our case was not straightforward and at times quite stressful for me but she didn't give up. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. We now have our mortgage offer.
