“Excellent service, really pleased! Arranged a loan for us in just over a week and overall the interest rate and fees were reasonable considering our poor credit history....a lot less than other companies were offering. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly, professional, efficient and has tried to make the process as smooth as possible for us. Sariah had been excellent, can't fault her at all. Thank you!”

“Excellent teamwork by Samantha and David thanks. House not mortgagable at the moment so they arranged a bridging loan and Samantha didn't take her foot off the pedal. Got the money through mega quick and can now start work on the house to move in late summer. Once again thanks team”

“Applied for a secured loan, everything was prompt and efficient, called when they said and instantly felt at ease with the company. The advisor that called me Jo Tuson was one of the nicest people I've ever spoken too on the phone and could not have been more helpful. I had a change of plan a few weeks later, and as soon as most companies realise that you would be able to detect a change of tone. Not in this case.. she was still polite, friendly and assured me if I needed anything in the future they'd be there to help. Jo is an absolute credit to the company and I won't hesitate to use them in the future.”

“Excellent service from Georgine and Lisa who made the whole process so straightforward and smooth. Spoke to a few other loan companies before loan.co.uk and found the others to be really hard work - hard sell approach and intrusive and unnecessary questioning Completely different experience when I decided to try loan.co.uk and spoke to Georgine who was a pleasure to deal with. She provided more appropriate deals with better rates, lower fees and gave far better advice. Better still she let me make my own decision without trying to force something through like other companies Lisa then took the case on from application stage and kept me regularly updated with progress to ensure we got things pushed through within the required timescales Overall great service. Highly recommend”

“I searched secured loans one day when I was thinking about consolidating my debt and doing home improvements. A few years of bad decisions and the rising cost of living had left us struggling month after month and I decided to go down the secured borrowing route and give us some control of our lives back. Loan.co.uk was one of the first that came up and I filled in the form and Ben phoned me very quickly after my initial enquiry. Ben was very easy to all too and put me at ease and seemed to know what he was talking about so I got a load of details ready and we explored the options. It turned out we had a lot of equity in the house and we could borrow some money and really make a difference to our lives. Ben passed us over to Sue after a while and we had to give Sue the relevant information and upload all the documents that are necessary in these things but she did make it as simple as possible by updating us in what we needed to do next and amending the check list so we always knew what was outstanding. It was weeks not months from start to getting out offer which we’ve know had and we are so grateful to both of you for helping us and putting up with me for this process. If you want people to help you with out being over bearing or pushing you into anything these are the company to go too…everything we’ve done has been our choice and we’re really happy with what we have done with Loan.
