“Brilliant service from start to finish. Carl was so helpful securing the offer and Jemma likewise seeing us through to completion. Uncomplicated and very efficient communication at all times, we were never left in the dark as to the progress of our application. “The whole process was straight forward, the communication with both Arran and David was great, they were very prompt and reassured us through the application. “Initial contact was a friendly, helpful interaction and helped to create the loan we needed and what the payback would be so we ensured affordability. The follow up from Sharn was amazing, every step of the way she communicated with us what was happening, when and what we needed to do. Really cannot fault the service from start to finish. “Brilliant service both when initially looking at taking out a loan from Ryan and from Sharn when we went ahead. The whole process took less than three weeks - when we initially enquired Ryan was totally transparent about what was involved and things to consider. Sharn then took over when we decided to proceed and helped us to stay on track with the application and providing a human and friendly touch. Am always skeptical about banks etc but would highly recommend loan.co.uk as they have been clear throughout. Thank you.”

“If you are lucky enough to be assigned Samantha Gore as your adviser then you are very lucky. She is totally professional but very friendly and helpful. Samantha always goes the extra mile, going beyond her job to ensure that if there are any problems she finds a way to sort them out. We had issues with our process which was nothing to do with Samatha but other companies being used, however she made sure it went through. She has always been in the other end of the phone to give us advice or just to talk through what would happen next. Total credit to her employers.”
