“Lucy Williams was brilliant. She sorted the best deal available, explained the process well and gave honest advice. She did exactly what she said, easy contact and talked us through everything. She went the extra mile, and Richard sorted out a better insurance afterwards too. Cannot thank them enough.”

“Honestly, I was extremely blown away by the exceptional service provided by Jo Tuson in the fact finding stage and Lucy Williams pro activity/ Determination and how she built great rapport and trust over the phone. All I can say is that Lucy delivered! She was always on call and whenever I wanted an update she’d have some material progress and not just the typical lines we usually get. I’d definitely recommend Lucy to everyone and appreciate all her help in completing my mortgage. Thanks again Jo/Lucy :)”
