I ordered a next day delivery of moulding on tuesday. I am yet to recieve it and its sunday. I have an important exhibition fast approaching and was relying on your company to send my materials promptly. I actually flew in from another country to do this framing, and organised a workshop in london to make the frames. I have lost time and money waiting for this delivery, and am still waiting. I feel insulted by the whole experience. On friday i spoke to a member of your team, explained the situation ( having already spoken each day with members of your team). She said she would get back to me, and didnt. £250 is a lot of money for me, and a week is a long time. I am on a low income and have a young family and took time away from work waiting for this delivery. Recieving it a week late is not acceptable. I feel I need a serious reduction in this order, and a personal apology. To add to the irony i have recieved a catalogue from you and this email. Is this a joke?

Missed delivery date stated on the confirmation page. They did not even offered a refund for P&P.

Well. The staff on tge sales counter are very pathetic indeed. Constantly cursing himself, not knowing how to use the till software and eventually not charging me for everything i actually purchased on the day. He also did not know about basic products properly.

The original order was placed on Thursday, 12th October for next day delivery. The sundries arrived on time but not the mouldings. I spoke to Julia on Monday, 16th October and she informed me that they had been lost in transit. She then arranged for a re-order and overnight before 12:00 delivery. The mouldings were not delivered until 14:50. While I appreciate that Julia did all she could to sort things out your choice of carrier leaves a lot to be desired.

Dear customer, thank you for your email and feedback. I am sorry to hear your delivery did not get to you on time. Unfortunately there aren't many carriers that will deliver 3 metre parcels so our hands are tied in that aspect. We have submitted a complaint on your behalf already and Julia has already submitted a claim against the missing moulding parcel and the delivery charge has been refunded. I ordered for next day . When it did not arrive by ,4pm I rang the carrier and they gave me a load of bullshit. Sad to say my clients were pissed off

I am still waiting for my delivery (ordered on 10th July). I had a notification on the 11th that the goods were out for despatch. Left a signed note asking the Tuffnells driver to leave product in the greenhouse. Note still on door. Stayed in all day on the 13th, rang Lion on the 14th to be told the driver had run out of hours and they had misplaced my consignment. I was told by a very nice lady on the phone that the goods would be delivered on Saturday! the 15th. It is now Monday 17th and still no delivery. I have now lost my customer who has cancelled his order. This is not what I expect from Lion. Please sort your courier system out.

poor quality of supplied goods, Do you even check what you are shipping out? Obviously not !!! happened more than one occasion, Very poor service and goods supplied..

Je n'ai pas reçu mon colis, il n'a jamais été présenté à mon atelier. Le livreur est allé directement au dépôt à Reims... Très mauvais choix de livreur.

LION refused to deliver to Spain unless I spent at least £130. So, I had them deliver to my daughter in England so that she could re-label and send it on. All they needed to do was write my address on the packet, but apparently this was asking too much. Presumably, LION have no interest in exports to Europe.

My mountboard order was insufficiently packaged, not even sealed fully all around the edge of the packaging, and the package was not strengthened in any way to prevent it being bent in transit. The delivery was not helped by being directed to the wrong city, so when it arrived three days later the mountboard was dirty and soggy along one edge and had a significant bend across the middle. It is now getting desperately late to get replacement for the intended exhibition.
