Hi Jenny. You are able to use the lamp as it does just need the adapter clicking over the top of the eu moulded plug. If you are able to check if an adapter was included within the outer box. If not I can have one sent tomorrow for you. Apologies that we didn't put it on for you but we feel it's best not to risk damaging the packaging the lamp comes in with it being so fragile. I will email you personally too just to make you aware of this. Best wishes Craig

“Lillian and Daph what a beautiful little family business not only does it have the most gorgeous interiors but it has excellent customer service too. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If you get the chance to visit this shop please do and allow plenty of time to look around you will be so spoilt for choice. They even have a lovely coffee shop too!
