Disappointed that it took a week to arrive. It's not that long to wait but we are all now used to 48 hr delivery times. Arrived with detached bottom connection stud, which I was able to fix - didn't fancy waiting another week for replacement nor the hustle of a return. That all said, the bulb suits our needs perfectly. The price was competitive.

Ordered a pack of 5 and a pack of 3 was delivered. Made contact and they arranged for the two missing to be sebt out. All sorted.

Bought these to use with a dimmable socket unit but they couldn't cope and flickered all the time. However the bulbs arrived in good condition.

We have not yet received it Royal Mail said they could not deliver as no one in. Rubbish, we got mail and we were in and door wide open.

The bulbs were poorly packed and two were broken on delivery. Their service teamhave offered to replace the broken bulbs though!

Having selected what I wanted I chose Paypal as my payment method. Now it may be me but I wasn't expecting that would complete my order as I wanted an additional item. I contacted Lightbulbs Direct immediately only to be told that, due to staff working from home, it may be a while before I received a response. Three days later I was informed it was too late as the order had been processed. No problems with the product and the delivery process but customer serivce needs to improve its act.

Lightbulbs arrived. I did contact the company to amend the delivery address, which they did. However the change did not filter all the way through as the delivery was sent to the original address

The bulbs arrived promptly and had been well packaged. My only complaint is that I subsequently found exactly the same bulbs in Home Bargains for half the price. I know finding the correct bulbs in HB can be hit and miss but I wasn't expecting such a huge price difference.

Not what I thought! Although i was reasonably pleased with the ease of finding products on the website i was disappointed by the comparative slowness of delivery (but that can be blamed on Royal Mail which takes ages for anything) and the fact that the light bulb I bought is rated F. I was not made aware of this or I would have bought something else. Anything below A on the new rating is not what I want!

I had to wait for a week for delivery. FedEx sent me daily emails saying that my delivery had been delayed 'due to[blank]'

Unfortunately, the First Adaptor supplied was the incorrect 'Male connection' part. I required BC22 & Received a GU10 fitting. Not a lot of use to me. However, thankfully Hannah supplied the correct adapter after I had spoken to her AND sent a return Reply postage form, as well. Thankyou. LightBulbs Direct Ltd

The item went to the wrong address. Royal Mail sent us a picture of the item being delivered through the door, but it was the wrong door

Took my order and payment but emailed me to say out of stock. They gave me the option of waiting or a refund. I have chosen to wait. Have used the company previously and they have been excellent.

I thought I ordered flared candle bulbs (as this is what I was looking for), but received ordinary candle bulbs. When I returned to the web site I could not find flared candle bulbs. Therefore, I am unclear as to what happened. The bulbs I received are fine and I will keep and use them. I feel there is no point returning them as I cannot swap them for flared candle bulbs as they are not on their website…a mystery!
