“Only just, my bulbs were thrown in a Jiffy bag loosely and one did not survive the journey. You need to package your merchandise more thoroughly.”

“Service from Light Bulbs Direct was fine, easy to select the product, and check out. However the Royal Mail 24 was very poor, considering I paid for this service it tooK three days to arrive, after going on a sightseeing trip round the country. email updates were inaccurate, avoid.”

“Good range of lightbulbs, etc and efficient despatch of these. However, I find the website really quite difficult to use. It is not designed with the layman in mind and is very technical in its approach.”

“Failed to comply with 3 days delivery on the Friday although they said they told the Operations Manager late delivery was not acceptable! Finally arrived the following Tuesday. Did give me a code for 5% off next order. This order was £3.70 (+£3.99pp!!)”

“Disappointed that it took a week to arrive. It's not that long to wait but we are all now used to 48 hr delivery times. Arrived with detached bottom connection stud, which I was able to fix - didn't fancy waiting another week for replacement nor the hustle of a return. That all said, the bulb suits our needs perfectly. The price was competitive.”
