“They sell lightbulbs here. It was easy to find the ones i needed, i bought them with money i had earned and they sent them to the place i live nice and quickly, properly packaged. All good.”

“Bought for my 94yr old mum. She is very happy as her lcd bulbs were dimming and dying. Cant comment on longevity as they were only recently purchased but colour and brightness are good.”

“Really pleased with the site having exactly the right bulb, when many others didn't. The delivery cost was a little excessive, in my opinion, at £3.95 when the bulbs are very small and could have been packed in a much smaller box than they were, which would have significantly reduced the P&P.”

“Ordering was simple and communications good. The products arrived in a timely manner with only slight damage to one box, products were fine. Majority of the packaging is easily recycled, would prefer the invoice loose inside the box instead of in a plastic wrapper stuck to the outside. The only slight disappointment was the packaging of the actual goods. Placing the items in the bottom of the box then covering them with protective stuff doesn't protect them, they need to be placed in the middle of the protective stuff inside the delivery box - don't worry though you're not the only company that does this and it wouldn't put me off using you again!”

“No negative issues with this company. Led Bulbs exactly as described,and working well. Arrived on time well packaged. I cannot atest to longevity as these have only been fitted a week, the bulbs they replaced lasted for approx. 10years”

“Service good and prompt. Unfortunately packing very poor. First set of fluorescent tubes snapped in half as package had been folded in half!! Customer services responded quickly and dispatched replacements. These also arrived in flimsy box and were broken. Gave up at this point as I was told they would only send one lot of replacements.”

“Good customer service, zero communication. I was sent screw bulbs in error. I wrote saying I had ordered bayonet, and asked what should happen next. No reply, but the correct bulbs arrived in the post a few days later. The bulbs themselves seem to be excellent, but they are LEDs and only time will tell whether they last the expected number of years or fail after one or two like most of my previous bulbs from other suppliers.”
