“Good website with helpful choices. A broadband dropout during payment meant accidentally ordering twice but despite attempting email contact to rectify this two identical parcels duly arrived. However refunding was prompt when one parcel was returned !”

“As ever the service was quick and efficient. My one reservation was that this time when attempting to replace bathroom downlighters, previously purchased from Lightbulbs direct, but all replacements were now LEDs, and it wasn't obvious to me that I was purchasing the correct replacement. As it turned out I was, but a statement on the product description that they replaced specific previous products would have been helpful.”
