“I asked for a certain kind of bulb and was told they were obsolete, which was funny as the company that makes them (but does not sell directly to customers) made no mention of them being obsolete. Anyway, I could not buy them over the phone so had to go on-line to purchase them. However, the lady I spoke to gave me all the details needed to buy replacement bulbs. They came pretty quickly. I haven't used them yet as I buy replacement lightbulbs before the old ones go out!”

“Excellent lightbulbs which are now illuminating our lives. The price was competitive and delivery time good (considering the lockdown due the Chinese plague) and the bulbs were extremely well packaged.
